Job Summary:
This position is responsible for Quality Control by checking the print quality, registration, color, and establishing a finished goods count during production. The Print Inspector will notify the Press Operator of any print issues and isolate the rejected prints.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspecting printed garments for color, registration, and print quality against CD/PDF and retained first run sample
- Performing ink tests during production to ensure ink is drying and/or curing properly
- Informing the Press Operator of any print issues during production
- Recording any rejected garments on the job ticket
- Following the company policies, procedures, safety instructions, and applicable laws
- Maintaining a clean workstation and press area
Experience & Education:
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1-3 months of related experience and/or training
- Combination of education and experience
- Good judgement of color, design, and print quality

- Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondences, and memos
- Able to write simple correspondences
- Able to communicate effectively one-on-on and in groups with customers and other employees
- Able to perform basic mathematics (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
