The IT Business Analyst should be someone who has previous experience with reporting and data analysis including their relationship to business requirements. Their primary responsibilities would include finding ways to automate and streamline business processes and compiling reports to support the business.
Desired Skills
- Report writing (Including but not limited to PowerBI, SQL, Crystal Reports)
- SharePoint and Office365 Suite Administration
- Management of multiple projects from beginning to completion
- Ability to develop solutions to current management challenges
- Collaboration with management team to implement solutions
- Experience with or the capacity to develop simple applications based on previously written solutions
- Troubleshooting software issues
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Training staff members on chosen IT solutions
- Testing and evaluation of new technology
- Light hardware responsibilities when necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Prior knowledge of manufacturing a plus
- 1-5 years of experience in similar role
