Job Summary:
This position assists the Dye House Manager with organize, loading and unloading washers and dryers, storage, inspecting garments, and any other applicable duties assigned by the Dye House Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interprets specification on CD/PDFs and Job Tickets
- Follows butter wash calculations for washer and dryer loads
- Loads and unloads washers
- Loads and unloads dryers
- Maintains a clean workspace
- Performs additional duties as assigned by Dye House Manager
Experience & Education:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1-3 years of related experience and/or training
- Combination of education and experience
- Good judgement of color, design, and printing specifications

- Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondences, and memos
- Able to write simple correspondences
- Able to communicate effectively one-on-on and in groups with customers and other employees
- Able to perform mathematics (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Able to understand fluid weight systems using a scale and calculating variances
