Job Summary:
This position assists the Facilities Manager in the upkeep of equipment and the facility, and any other tasks assigned by the Facilities Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the facility
- Maintains clean and hygienic work area
- Inspects all electrical units and systems
- Reports defects, damages, and malfunctions of any kind to the Facilities Manager
- Completes all tasks as assigned by the Facilities Manager
- Maintains an organized and clean work area
Experience & Education:
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1-3 months of related experience and/or training
- Combination of education and experience

- Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondences, and memos
- Able to write simple correspondences
- Able to communicate effectively one-on-on and in groups with customers and other employees
- Able to perform basic mathematics (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, and compute rate ration, and percentages
